We recommend using 200–400lb abrasion-resistant monofilament or a dedicated dredge line. Heavy-duty mono provides excellent strength while remaining flexible and easy to handle.
6. Can I use stainless steel wire?
Thin stainless steel wire is generally not recommended. Heavy mono or purpose-built dredge line offers better flexibility and reduces wear on the teaser and hardware.
7. How durable are the teaser strips?
Each teaser strip is reinforced and designed to withstand over 10kg of pulling force, making them suitable for demanding offshore trolling conditions.
8. Can I troll two dredge teasers at the same time?
