Returns & Refunds

At RYVL, we want every customer to purchase with confidence.

 

To support international customers, we offer a 7-Day Return Policy. If you decide to return your purchase for any reason, you may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your order, provided the product meets all return requirements below.

 

Returns requested after 7 calendar days will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, the returned product must meet all of the following requirements:

  • Be completely unused and uninstalled.

  • Be returned in brand new condition.

  • Be free from scratches, marks, damage or any signs of use.

  • Include all original accessories, manuals and packaging.

  • All original tags, labels and security seals must remain attached and intact.

  • Any shrink wrap, sealed packaging or tamper-evident packaging must remain unopened and unbroken.

  • Be returned in a condition suitable for resale as a brand new product.

Products that do not meet every requirement above are not eligible for a refund.

Shipping Costs

International shipping is a service arranged and completed at the customer’s request once an order has been dispatched.

For this reason, all shipping costs associated with a return or exchange are the responsibility of the customer.

This includes:

  • Original outbound shipping charges.

  • Return shipping to RYVL.

  • Shipping costs for any replacement product.

  • Insurance, tracking, customs duties, taxes and any other shipping-related charges.

 

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Product Inspection

All returned products will be thoroughly inspected by RYVL before any refund or exchange is approved.

Refunds will only be issued after RYVL confirms that the returned product:

  • Meets all return requirements.

  • Is complete with all original components.

  • Has not been used or installed.

  • Remains in brand new, resaleable condition.

If a returned product does not satisfy these requirements, the refund request will be declined and the product may be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Non-Returnable Products

Returns will not be accepted for products that:

  • Have been used or installed.

  • Show signs of wear, misuse or damage.

  • Have opened or damaged shrink wrap, sealed packaging or tamper-evident packaging.

  • Have removed or damaged tags, labels or security seals.

  • Are incomplete or missing accessories or components.

  • Are not in a condition suitable for resale as a brand new product.

Warranty

If you believe your product has a manufacturing, material or workmanship defect, please refer to our Warranty Policy.

 

Warranty claims are assessed separately under the applicable RYVL Limited Warranty and are not processed under this Returns & Refunds Policy.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received, inspected and approved by RYVL.

 

Original shipping charges and all shipping-related costs are non-refundable.

Return Request Procedure

To request a return, please contact RYVL Customer Support before returning any product.

 

Please email info@ryvl-nz.com and include:

  • Your order number.

  • The product name.

  • The reason for the return.

  • Clear photographs of the product.

  • Clear photographs of the original packaging.

  • Photographs showing the current condition of the product.

 

RYVL will review your request and provide return instructions if the return is approved.

Products returned without prior written approval from RYVL may be refused.

 

Do not return any product until return approval and shipping instructions have been provided by RYVL.

The return shipping address may differ from the original shipping address. Please wait for return instructions before sending any product back.

 

Returns that do not comply with this procedure may result in delays, refusal of delivery or rejection of the return request.

 

Returned products remain the customer’s responsibility until they have been received and inspected by RYVL.

 

If a returned product is damaged during return transit, or arrives in a condition that does not meet the return requirements, the refund request may be declined and the product may be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
