Our goal is to dispatch every order quickly and ensure it arrives safely. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing and local courier services.
Order Processing
• Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• During major sales periods or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Damaged or Missing Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the packaging and product.
If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable period, please contact us and we will assist you in working with the shipping carrier.
