• Manufacturing defects

• Material defects

• Workmanship defects

• Rod breakage

• Accidental damage

• Impact damage

• Misuse or abuse

• Improper installation or modification

• Corrosion caused by inadequate maintenance

• Normal wear and tear

• Consumable or replaceable parts

• Cosmetic damage that does not affect product performance

• Free promotional items

• Product packaging or outer cartons

Products damaged during transit should be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of both the product and the original packaging.

Approved transit damage claims will be processed through the shipping carrier where applicable.

and include:

• Order number

• Product model

• Photos of the issue

• Brief description of the problem

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and assessment before approval.

Proof of purchase may be required to support a warranty claim.

Repair, replacement or other appropriate remedies will be provided at RYVL's discretion where a valid warranty claim is confirmed.

RYVL reserves the right to interpret and amend this warranty policy without prior notice, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

This warranty is provided in addition to any rights and remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws.
